Nathan is Managing Director of Emergent Resources and has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2010. Nathan is a director of a number of unlisted companies and has had over 15 years experience owning and operating businesses. Nathan's business experience has included business restructures for KPMG, the establishment and founder of multiple private business entities, ASX - IPO listing and the rebuilding/operations of businesses through venture capital investments associated with the asset management industry.
Nathan has a Masters Degree (Bond University) and a Bachelor of Business. Nathan is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and also a member of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
Nathan is currently pursuing a PhD with the view to developing efficiency & risk metrics for Western Australian mineral exploration assets, focusing on Gold, Copper and Uranium. Research will include assessment of average exploration success rates of mineral exploration drill-testing and how technology is set to affect the effectiveness of the mineral discovery process within the exploration industry in years to come?
