About
Perla Piña-Varas is an Adjunct Research for the Centre for Exploration Targeting, University of Western Australia (UWA). After completing her Degree in geology at the University of Salamanca (Spain) in 2005, has worked as a junior hydrogeologist and has specialized in geophysics (electromagnetic methods). In may 2014, completed her PhD degree at the University of Barcelona, with the thesis “Magnetotelluric Method Applied to Reservoir Characterization: The El Hito anticline (Cuenca, Spain) and Tenerife Geothermal System”.
